Fogger:
Q: I am so interested in such a fogger and I want to look into it. But I feel painful when I touch the working fogger. What happen exactly?
A: Please do not put your finger over the membrane when the fogger is working. The fogger utilizes ultransonic high frequency vibration . You will feel painful if you touch it, because the membrane is vibrating in high frequency.
Q: What does the black plastic pillar use for?
A: This is the water sensor, it use to text the water level. If the water line is lower than it, the circuitry of the fogger will be cut automatically with the purpose of protecting the membrane. Don’t touch the sensitive devoice when the fogger is working, however will not pain, the membrane may be burned because of short circuit.
Q: Why the fogger doesn’t continue to work? I am sure it only working for a short time, just 8 hours. It’s seemed that the machine is dead, no fog and no light?
A: Please take it easy. Add more water, the fogger will continue to work as soon as the water level pass the water sensor.
Q: I found that the fog become less and less recently. I have double checked and every thing is normal. What can I do then? Actually it worked wonderful before. I can’t believe such a beautiful lamp with such quality.
A: First of all, please replacing the clean water. Than find a piece of cotton clothes to have a bath to the fogger. The membrane should have a careful cleaning. If the above doesn’t work, I am afraid you should change another membrane. Because our membrane could be used for 2000~3000 hours. Make sure you buy the correct size of Membrane. We have two types, Ø16mm and Ø20mm.
Q: How can I take good care of the fogger?
A: for example:
1. Please keep the fogger and the adaptor clean.
2. We recommend to use distilled water. If the water-level sensor doesn’t turn on with the distill water, add a bit of top water.
3. Please give up the connection if you doesn’t use the mains for a long time.
4. The water should be always enough.
Question: Can I put some essential oil to the water? And if the oil will affect the working of the fogger/mist maker?
Answer: Yes, you can put some essential oil to the water. But please clean the glass bowl and fogger more often.
Question: What’s the using for the fogger/mist maker?
Answer: The fogger produces a large number of benefical negative ions, refreshing air and removing dust. It also has obvious assistant effect for modern air-condition illness, ashma illness. It can reduce your tiredness and create a romantic and comfortable atmosphere with magic lighting.
Question: After the fogger / mist maker works for a period, the mist is less than before?
Answer: The membrane of the fogger is made of ceramic disc. The ceramic disc has a working life of approx. 3000 hours and is replaceable. Its life times also depend on the water quality, clean it with soft cloth or cotton sticker in clean water when it is dirty.
Question: Can we let the fogger / mist maker work in the distilled water or pure water?
Answer: If we put the fogger / mist maker into the distilled water or pure water, the fogger / mist maker may not produce mist or produce a little mist. The water should have a certain amount electric conduction, so the sensor switch can stop or begin working automatically.
Question: If the ultrasonic vibration has any harm to human being or animals?
Anwer: it won't affect people's audition and do no harm to human being or animals. The ultrasound frequency is up to 1.7mHZ that over the auditive area. The working power of the mist maker is 28.8W and it , it produce a ultrasonic energe that can effect the area of 85mm above the mist maker, but no affect to the other direction .
Question: The mist maker use electrical ultrasonic vibration to produce mist with a large number of anion, but I am afraid If the anion or mist will do any harm to human beings and animals?
Answer: The mist just the normal water mist without heat or any chemicals. The beneficial anion can clean and freshen the air. It is also helpful to improve your complexion.
Question: When you assemble the fog design lamp, please note the following:
Answer: Please assemble the fog design lamp according the assemble diagram. Please wet the rubber stopper and it will be easier to put it into the hole of the glass bowl. If the position of the rubber stopper is not suitable, please move the rubber stopper into the right position. And please use the lamp according the instruction attached with packing.
Question: I have assembled the lamp and connected with power, and lamp worked well for a long time. But now the fogger/mist maker can’t produce mist, why?
Answer: a. the water turn dirty, please change the clean water.b. There is some oil in the water leads to a big tension and it affect the fogger/ mist maker working. c.There is some sediment on the membrane (ceramic disc), please use a soft cotton cloth to clean the fogger/mist maker. d. The membrane (ceramic disc) is worn out, please replace it with a new one.
Question: Would you tell me more about the membrane (ceramic disc)? Answer: When the fogger/mist maker is working, please don’t touch the sensor switch. If you do, the membrane will be shorten about half of its life time. Don’t put the hands into the surface over the membrane, the high frequency vibration will hurt your hands.
